The goods and services shown inside are those we can provide to our families. You may choose only
the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our
basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you did
not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing
the funeral goods and services you selected.

Professional Services
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF………… $1,850.00
In order to provide the finest service possible, we maintain a staff of trained, experienced
and appropriately licensed personnel 24 hours a day. Our staff performs the many duties termed “professional
services” which include but are not limited to the following: consultations with persons
making arrangements, direction and supervision of all necessary details for the completion of
any and all reasonable requests made by the family. We also provide administrative, secure and
file death certificate, floral handling and staffing service prior to, during and following the
funeral.
This
fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements
you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials
and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Care of The Deceased
EMBALMING………………………………………………….. $575.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary,
however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do
not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangements that does not require
you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Embalming is required for a
public viewing.
OTHER PREPARATION OF REMAINS…………………….. $115.00
This
includes bathing, dressing, cosmetizing, casketing or remains and any cosmetic adjustments necessary
during the visitation period.

includes transfer of remains to funeral home, basic services of funeral director
and staff, and transfer of remains to cemetery or crematory. This charge does
not include viewing, ceremony, graveside service or merchandise.
DIRECT CREMATION………………………………………………………………… $1,495
Our charge for this service includes transfer of remains to funeral home, basic services of funeral director and staff, preparation of body for identification prior to cremation,and transfer to crematory. This
charge does not include viewing, embalming memorial service or crematory fee.
If you want
to arrange a direct cremation, you must use an alternative container. Alternative containers
encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with
or without an outside covering).The containers we provide are:
